Keto Bread Recipe Ingredients:
- 7 Large Eggs
- 3.5 oz melted butter
- 1 oz Warm Water
- 7 oz Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
This bread is one of the best keto bread recipe at less than 1g of net carbs per slice.
Directions:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl – Almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- To void clumps, make sure it’s mixed very well.
- Mix the wet ingredients – eggs, melted butter, and warm water in a different bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bread machine pan.
- Delicately pour the dry ingredients onto the wet ingredients.
- Put the pan in the machine.
- Select the Gluten-Free setting, or select a basic setting if your machine doesn’t have one like mine.
- Close the lid and press Start.
When the process is complete, open the lid and let the bread cool down. Then, slice and enjoy!
