Keto Bacon Cups Ingredients:
- 12 slices lower-sodium bacon, halved
- 1lb (16oz) Ground beef, lean
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste*
- Pepper, to taste*

Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- -Arrange bacon in a lightly greased jumbo muffin pan, with 3-4 pieces per cup. (An easy arrangement seems to be 2 pieces around the edge and 2 pieces making an X on the bottom. This forms a very sturdy ‘basket’)
- -Put the bacon in the oven for approximately 10 minutes (until the edges are crisp)
- -Combine the cream cheese and all spices in a bowl until smooth. Set to the side for now.
- -Brown the ground beef in a medium saucepan. When it’s nearly done, add the cream cheese mixture and simmer until the consistency is uniform throughout.
- -Spoon half of the beef mixture into the bacon cups, pressing it firmly into the bottom so it holds nicely.
- -Add half of the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- -Add the rest of the beef mixture, followed by the rest of the cheese.
- -Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is golden.
- -Let cool slightly before serving. Can hold well in the fridge for 3 days.
